This time of year, at Disneyland Resort, the Haunted Mansion is overlayed with “The Nightmare Before Christmas” theme.
Tim Burton created the film “The Nightmare Before Christmas” over 20 years ago. Burtona is known for working with a handful of people on many of his films including Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Danny Elfman on many projects. In Nightmare, Danny Elfman wrote the music for the film but also performed Jack Skellington’s singing voice. Recently, Danny did a special reading of a part of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” in front of The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland Resort.
Elfman, a four-time Oscar nominee, will be performing in the Los Angeles area in just a few weeks, live in concert featuring music from the films of Tim Burton.
