The Main Street Mouse has such a loyal following, and I can’t tell you how grateful we are for that. We work long hours to bring our Members the best that Disney has to offer, and we are always appreciating the feedback we get. Being that the following we have is so large, we have a variety of folks with different interests and such. In an effort to bring you all the extras that are you looking for, we are proud to announce that “Off TMSM” will be coming soon. What’s “Off TMSM” you ask? Well, it will be a place for information for visitors to the Orlando area that’s NOT on Disney Property. I know for some, it’s hard to imagine leaving Disney for any reason, but there are a lot of readers who look for places to eat and things to do when roaming around the Orlando area. For example, we plan to cover happenings at Universal Studios, Legoland, City Walk, and other local attractions. Don’t forget about the food! One of my favorite places to eat in Orlando is Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville…. and now I’ll get to talk about it! Exciting things are coming! But wait….. there’s more!
In addition to “Off TMSM” we will be launching another page called “TMSM Geek.” We have a huge fan base who love Marvel, Star Wars, etc….. so this will be a spot just for them! TMSM Geek will focus on the “geeky” side of Disney. In our household alone, there’s excitement for this one! Being that both the Marvel and Star Wars franchises have a lot of exciting things coming, we felt there was a need for this addition to what we already do. Also…… people have asked what happened to our TMSM Podcasts. Well, I’m happy to say that those will be coming back as well. We have been so busy with the move that the Podcasts were put on hold. Now that we’re settled in, we will be working the podcasting back into our schedules. Thanks for asking and waiting!
The new sites themselves aren’t up yet, but we do have Facebook pages for both “Off TMSM” and “TMSM Geek” that are just getting started. Please head on over and give them a “like” for us! I’m really excited to see what the future holds for TMSM and our new “sister” sites. Now that we actually live in Orlando, we can be on the scene first hand to bring our members more of what the area has to offer.
