It’s hot in the Summertime at Disney World. Really hot. Now that we’re locals and spend more time at the Parks, we’re always looking for new ways to beat the heat and get a decent deal at the same time. As many times as I’ve been to the Magic Kingdom, it’s only been recently that I found the cool snack pictured above.
If you go to the walk up restaurant in Tomorrowland, right outside of the Buzz Lightyear ride, you’ll find a place to get a Lemonade Slush. Not only can you get yourself a slush, you can get it in a souvenir WDW cup for two dollars more. The Lemonade Slush is great on a hot day, and it doesn’t melt too fast either, so you seem to get more for your money. The souvenir cup is really nice too, with a bendy straw and Mickey Mouse on the side. If you’re not a fan of Lemonade, you can get the slush in blue raspberry or Coke instead. Cooling off AND getting a souvenir cup to take home for around $7.00? That’s a win/win situation in you ask me! I hope you find this tip useful, enjoy! ~M
