Construction at the Poly

By now, most of us know that there’s some major construction going on at the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World. There’s a large area that’s being renovated, with talks of new opportunities for DVC Members. If you take the Fairy Boat to or from the Magic Kingdom, you can get a great view of this new area that’s being built.

There appears to be little “houses” being built, right on the water. You can’t see walls or anything definitive, but they look really cool thus far. Being that I’m from Michigan, they reminded me of cabins on a lake like we have “up north” but with a tropical look and feel. I can’t wait to see what the new Poly construction looks like once it’s done. If it turns out as amazing as I think it’s going to be, then staying there will definitely be on my Disney “bucket list” for sure!
