Now that it’s summer, it’s time for Mickey ice cream bars and snow. Yes, you heard me right! It’s Frozen Summer Fun Live at Hollywood Studios! For anyone who doesn’t know, Hollywood Studios is hosting a Frozen event that is similar to Star Wars Weekends but it’s (obviously) Frozen themed.

One of my favorite parts is the For the First Time in Forever: a Frozen Sing-a-Long. For those who don’t know what it is, it’s a re-telling of the history of Arendelle that includes sing-a-longs of the songs from the movie. It was such a cute show, I loved it! My brother and sister were so into it. I can’t say I wasn’t either since I was just as into it! You can’t help but sing at the top of your lungs and smile.

Another one of my favorite things to do there is going to Wandering Oakens Trading Post. There’s ice skating, and real snow to play in. This was my brothers first time in snow and he loved it! My sister and I haven’t seen snow in a long time so this was a nice way to see it again. We didn’t get to go ice skating but they had ice skaters dancing to the Frozen songs.

Inside the actual store, we finally scored an Elsa dress for my sister! She was so excited and I was so happy for her! This is what she’s wanted for a long time but they were always sold out.

Another one of my favorite things was the cupcakes. They have an Elsa (buttercream frosting, vanilla cupcake), an Anna (buttercream frosting, chocolate cupcake), and an Olaf (cream cheese frosting, carrot cake cupcake). My favorite by far is the Olaf cupcake. My sister loves the Elsa cupcake while the rest of the family loves the Olaf one.

At the end of the day, the final exciting part of the event was the fireworks. The stage show that happened was really cute. That was definitely my favorite part. We were up by the stage so we didn’t really get to see the fireworks well.  We will definitely be making a trek back soon to see the fireworks.

From snow and cold blasts, I really enjoyed this experience. It’s great for all ages. It’s another way Disney lets the little kid come out of you and I love it.

”Hi Mainstreeters! I’m Gabby and I’m going to be writing about Disney from a teen’s perspective. But first let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m 13 years old and have had Disney Annual Passes my whole life. Disney is literally my second home. I’m an honors student and enjoy school. My favorite sport is volleyball. I play for both my middle school team and the YMCA. I am also a huge fan of Star Wars.”
