Sparkly DIY to Celebrate The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Have you heard of the website, BeThe8thMiner.com? Well it’s a site celebrating the newest addition to Fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom. Well they have launched a new contest there called “Happy’s Challenge”. They have a new challenge every week and by participating and winning challenges you may even with a 7-night Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
This week’s challenge is to create something using your “Bedazzled” talents. What makes the Seven Dwarfs happiest of all? Digging for diamonds, of course (they have a whole song about it, after all). In honor of the beautiful mines they dig, dig, dig in, we went gemstone crazy on some familiar Disney gear: a Mickey ear hat, lanyard, and the always useful fanny pack. We even included a few hidden Mickeys, too. If there’s one thing we learned from this colorful DIY, it’s that no one can be un-happied by a sparkly fanny pack!
