Our friend Donald Duck can be a bit snappy and irritable at times, but that’s why we love him! (We should cut him some slack, he is a sailor after all.) Take it from us though, life is for the living, and we think everyone should approach the day with a positive outlook and a chance to create some happy memories.
In the nearly 80 years since his first appearance, Donald has gotten better at adjusting his attitude and coming through as a loyal friend… most of the time. Get your ducks in a row with these anger management tips straight from Donald himself:
1. Recognize that you may need to reevaluate your attitude.

2. Find alternative ways to express your frustration. Exercise and get outdoors!
3. Learn to relax and unwind. Meditate. Breathe. Maybe even take a vacation!
4. Don’t hold grudges.
5. Ask your friends for support.
6. Remember to SMILE.
If all else fails, say “Aw phooey!” and move on. Life is too short to have a temper! Right, Donald? Donald…?
