Walt Disney's Favorite President in Born 4 On this day in 1809, Abraham Lincoln was born in a one-room log cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky.  Walt stated that since he was a child, he always had a special admiration for Abraham Lincoln.  Abraham Lincoln is featured in 2 different Disney attractions,  Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln.  This attraction was created for the 1964 World’s Fair, but would eventually find home in Disneyland.
