Today Disney Parks Blog released a new “Unboxed” video to showcase the new it’ a small world, Beauty and the Beast, and Dumbo 75th Anniversary bags by Dooney & Bourke. They also announced that coming to the Disney Parks this summer will be limited edition Dooney & Bourke inspired Magic Bands.
In the video is it announced that because both patterns were so popular during the “Holiday Sneak Peek” video that Disney Merchandising decided to ADD bags to each design’s lineup. The it’ a small world design will come in shopper tote, pouchette, wristlet and a wallet. The Beauty and the Beast design will come in shopper tote, letter carrier and a wristlet. In the release Disney said that “the items shown in this video will be released this summer in select merchandise locations at Disney Parks. The “it’s a small world” handbags and retail MagicBands will be released in July. The “Beauty and the Beast” and “Dumbo” handbags will be found in August.”

In honor of the 75th Anniversary of “Dumbo” a special 75th Anniversary Dumbo Dooney & Bourke pattern will be released in shopper tote letter carrier and a wristlet. These items will feature a specially designed anniversary hang tag. A release date was not announced for this design. Pricing will be as follows

Tote – $268; Letter Carrier – $178; Wristlet – $98
Each of the four limited edition retail Dooney & Bourke inspired Magic Bands will be limited to a release size of 1500 and will come with a special Dooney & Bourke slider. Each limited edition MagicBand will have a retail of $48* (plus tax). The retail MagicBands will be sold on the Shop Disney Parks app and the Disney Parks online store at a later date this summer.
