As I wrote about earlier this week, last Saturday we took my smaller half of Monsters Inc to the Magic Kingdom while our older Monster was at a birthday party. Getting back in the park to play was a nice relief. I know we seem to have lots of fun, and we do, but we also do a lot of work. Sometimes a play day in the park is needed, even though I usually have my reporters cap on and keep my eye open for new things around Disney. It’s hard to separate the two sometimes, I can’t help myself. But…. I did my best to just be Mommy and we had a lot of fun that night. We took him on the rides he wanted to go on, got him an ice cream, and just had some time for us. We missed the older one though for sure. Like I said, it’s hard watching your kids grow up and having to let go a bit. I’m really pushing myself to stop and enjoy more moments with the boys though, as they are getting bigger and bigger right before my eyes. I remember each of them on their first trip to WDW, both coincidentally went at the age of 11 months old. Wow. Where does the time go? Too fast for sure.
Well, this week has been busy with work, and the rest of the week will be the same. Lots to do, but it’s a good thing. Even though I say it each week, I need to express to our readers how much I truly appreciate each of you following along with what we do and giving us such amazing feedback. When I started this series almost a year ago, with the Moving to Main Street blogs, I wasn’t sure how long people would want to read or would be interested in it. It’s been almost a year and people still care, and I thank you for that. As long as you’re interested, then I’ll keep on writing! From the bottom of my heart, thank you! On that note, until next week…. sending you lots of love, pixie dust and blessings! See ya real soon! ~M

Love reading your Florida Living blogs. Please keep writing them. You are living a dream of mine……moving to Florida near WDW. Of course, I am not a writer or blogger, so I’m not sure what I would do for work, Maybe someday I will win the lottery. LOL
Thank you so much!! 🙂

The treehouse villas are much nicer than fancy camping! Think luxury resort with three bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. One of the best places we ever stayed at Disney. And since each “treehouse” is by itself, we didn’t both our neighbors when our special needs son had his daily, afternoon meltdown. And the price was more reasonable than other resorts with comparable space. Highly recommended!!
Someday I hope…. 🙂
