Add mini marshmallows; stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add KELLOGG’S Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using a spatula, press mixture into a 13x9x2″ pan coated with cooking spray.
Using a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter coated with cooking spray, press into still warm treats. Press treats inside of cookie cutter down with your finger. Remove cutter and Mickey treat to waxed paper and gently press out treat. Respray cookie cutter with cooking spray as needed.
