While getting ready to take the kids to school this morning, I had the news on in the background and heard this amazing rescue story, and had to look it up to share with you! Apparently, someone went overboard on a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship, and the man was rescued by a Disney Cruise Ship which was traveling along the same path!
According to a statement from Royal Caribbean, a 22-year-old male passenger went overboard from Oasis of the Seas near Cozumel during a seven-night Western Caribbean sailing. A crew member on another ship saw him, and a rescue went into play. Sources say it was the Disney “Magic” appropriately who rescued the man. Neither Disney nor Royal Caribbean have commented as of yet, but we sure do hope the man is doing ok! Thank God that Disney ship came along, magically amazing! ~M
