Disney from a Teen’s Perspective: Festival of Fantasy Parade

September 28, 2014

We’ve all heard the tourists ask “what time is the three-o-clock parade.” We all snicker knowing that it’s clearly at three. Anyway, the Festival of Fantasy parade is probably my favorite by far. It’s bright, colorful, and full of magic.

All of your favorites are in the parade, the good guys and bad guys. One of my favorite floats is the Tangled one. Even Maximus is in it swinging around with Flynn Rider! The dancers pull the whole parade together. Without them it would just be floats!

The music also pulls the parade together. It just makes you want to get up and dance! As soon as the “royal welcome” comes on, you know it’s time to get up and dance! Seeing all the smiles from my little brother and sister make it extra magical.

Overall, you MUST see this parade! You just have to! Seeing all the smiles will definitely make your day! If you’ve seen the parade, what’s your favorite part? If you haven’t seen it yet, who do you hope to see in the parade?

About TMSM’s Teen Perspective Writer Gabby Adani:
”Hi Mainstreeters! I’m Gabby and I’m going to be writing about Disney from a teen’s perspective. But first let me tell you a little bit about myself. I’m 13 years old and have had Disney Annual Passes my whole life. Disney is literally my second home. I’m an honors student and enjoy school. My favorite sport is volleyball. I play for both my middle school team and the YMCA. I am also a huge fan of Star Wars.”

  1. Gabby,
Nice article; you are definitely an Ariel fan. Myself I am a fan of Merida and think of her as my granddaughter. The steam-punk dragon is my favorite part of this parade. Then there is the Hallowishes parade favorite is the night watchman and his bloodhound.
