As part of Walt Disney World’s Cool KIDS’ SUMMER celebration, this new interactive experience will bring the beloved world of Bluey to life with themed activities, games, character appearances, and even some real-life Australian animals. With excitement already building among families, Disney has also confirmed that guests will need to use a virtual queue in order to experience Bluey’s Wild World when it debuts later this month.
Located inside Rafiki’s Planet Watch at Conservation Station, Bluey’s Wild World is designed to immerse guests into the playful and adventurous spirit of the hit animated series. Disney recently shared photos showcasing colorful themed areas inspired by the show, creating a vibrant environment where families can interact, play, and explore together.
According to Disney, guests visiting the experience will have opportunities to dance, play games, enjoy bubbles, and meet Bluey and Bingo throughout the attraction. The experience will also feature Australian animal encounters, including kangaroos and wallabies, tying into the educational and conservation-focused atmosphere that Animal Kingdom is known for.
To reach Bluey’s Wild World, guests will travel aboard the Wildlife Express Train from Harambe Station in the Africa section of the park to Conservation Station at Rafiki’s Planet Watch. Disney has confirmed the experience will officially open on May 26 and continue beyond the summer Cool KIDS’ SUMMER celebration.
Because of the massive popularity of Bluey, Walt Disney World will be using a virtual queue system for the experience beginning opening day. Guests will not be able to simply walk into the attraction during peak times. Instead, visitors will need to join the virtual queue through the My Disney Experience app for a chance to access Bluey’s Wild World. Disney introduced the virtual queue system to help manage crowds and demand, which is expected to be especially high during the attraction’s opening weeks.
Bluey’s arrival is part of a larger summer expansion across Walt Disney World that includes new entertainment, refreshed attractions, and limited-time family experiences at all four theme parks. Between Cool KIDS’ SUMMER activities, updated attractions, and the addition of one of the most popular children’s characters in the world, this summer is shaping up to be one of the busiest and most exciting seasons at Walt Disney World in recent years.
