There’s big news for foodies and Disney fans alike — an exciting new dining experience is on the way to the Downtown Disney District! Get ready to raise a glass, because Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is officially in the works. This new British themed pub comes from the creative minds behind Earl of Sandwich and world-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay himself. Side bar, we love Earl of Sandwich too!
Set to open atop the new Earl of Sandwich on the west end of Downtown Disney, The Carnaby will capture the energy of London’s swinging ‘60s — inspired by the city’s famous Carnaby Street — mixed with Chef Ramsay’s signature flair for bold, elevated British classics.
Guests can look forward to plush interiors, two fabulous outdoor terraces perfect for soaking up the SoCal sunshine, and a lively bar serving up good vibes and great flavors. Sounds amazing!
With Chef Ramsay joining the ranks of other celebrated culinary talents — like Carlos Gaytán of Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita, plus Joe Isidori of the soon-to-open Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon and Pearl’s Roadside BBQ — the Downtown Disney dining scene is shaping up to be more pallet pleasing all the time!
