TMSM’s Adventures in Florida Living – #DisneyLife

April 10, 2019

Happy Wednesday everyone! It’s that time again! Let’s catch up!

Since we spoke last, there have been even more trips to Disney property. spring time at Disney brings various things that we need to cover, like the Easter eggs at the Grand Floridian. There have also been trips to Disney Springs, plus the Magic Kingdom on Saturday!

We have been so busy with work, I thought that squeezing in some family time was needed. The Magic Kingdom was our choice because we had a fastpass for the Mine train that we made two months ago. Plus, the photopass opportunity just hit for inside the Haunted Mansion, so we went out for a few hours. The weather was so hot, it felt like a summer day. In just the few hours time that we spent there, we fit a lot in. The boys got ice cream, and I finally got to try the new Lost Princess cone from Storybook Treats! Not only is the lemon soft serve refreshing, the cone itself is beautiful… with glitter!

In addition to the Mine Train Fastpass, we also had them for Big Thunder Mountain and of course the Haunted Mansion. Speaking of the Mansion, the lines were long on Saturday! I’m guessing because you can now get photos inside the ride… or at least you’re supposed to. Much to my disappointment, our photos inside the Doom Buggy never hit our MDE app. I’ve heard this from others as well. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out so that everyone gets their photos. That just means I’ll have to go back and try again. Our photo did hit for the Mine Train though, so it wasn’t a total loss!

On Sunday we met friends at Enzo’s Hideaway & Tunnel Bar at the Springs for lunch. The food was good and the atmosphere was really nice! Monday we went to Epcot to pick up a giveaway prize for TMSM Weekly Live. We bought the limited edition Haunted Mansion Easter eggs! For your chance to win them be sure to watch this weeks show.  Next weeks TMSM Weekly Live is our anniversary show with special guests Scotty 2 Hotty from the WWE & his theme park partner Stacy Dee! I hope you tune in, it’s going to be a fun time! That’s it for this week! Until next time, sending you lots of love, blessings and pixie dust! See ya real soon! -M
