What makes this location particularly special is that it will debut Happy Ice’s first fully all-natural menu. Guests will be able to enjoy handcrafted Philadelphia water ice made with real fruit, pure cane sugar, and premium ingredients. According to the company, the menu will be free from high-fructose corn syrup and artificial dyes.
In addition to its classic frozen treats, Happy Ice will also introduce a brand-new dessert creation called JOY-LATI.
This layered dessert combines Italian ice with vanilla sweet cream, flavorful sauces, fresh fruit, and nostalgic dessert-inspired flavors. Early offerings include varieties inspired by Banana Pudding and Strawberry Shortcake, giving guests even more options when looking for a sweet treat during their Downtown Disney visit.

Several specialty flavors will be available at launch, including Berry Bonanza and Cloud 9, along with fruit-based sauces and rotating monthly exclusive flavors that will keep guests coming back to see what’s new.
