Just Announced: GEO-82 Menu and Opening Date
Get ready for some awesome news! I’ve got a sneak peek at the menu for the brand-new GEO-82 lounge opening at EPCOT on June 4, with reservations starting on May 6. This classy, adults-only spot inside Spaceship Earth will offer a cool drink menu and a variety of small, tasty bites that look as good as they taste.
If you’re in the mood for a chill drink and a bite to eat in the afternoon or want to wrap up your EPCOT night, make sure to enjoy the stunning sights of the World Celebration Gardens and the lounge that draws inspiration from the famous design of Spaceship Earth.
Check out some fresh drinks like the Brown Butter Old Fashioned, which gives a classic a fun twist with brown butter-infused bourbon, and the Clarified New York Sour, a cocktail that looks amazing thanks to some cool culinary tricks.
Don’t forget to try the small bites while sipping your drinks; the culinary team has really nailed these! They’ve got global flavors, like the rich Jumbo Lump Crab Gâteau and the Truffled Ahi Tuna packed with umami goodness.
To wrap up your day perfectly, book the GEO-82 Fireworks Experience from the Enchanting Extras Collection for some amazing views of Luminous The Symphony of Us from the lounge’s window tables.
