The Marvel Cinematic Universe may expand greater than we originally thought this year as according to the official Japanese Marvel website, there is a chance we could see four all-new Marvel shows on Disney+ during Summer 2022.

Per a new report by ComicBook, it seems a new listing that was discovered on the official website for Marvel Studios Japan suggests that three shows could release between “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” on May 4 (when it opens in Japan), and “Thor: Love and Thunder,” which is set for a July release date. Per this post on the Japanese site, in between these two major films include the titles of “She-Hulk,” “I Am Groot,” and “What If…?” Season two.

Additionally, per this site, following “Thor: Love and Thunder” is when we’re supposed to see the release of “Ms. Marvel” starring Iman Vellani.

It’s worth saying again that this is an official Marvel website. But of course, it could be an inaccurate listing as there is always  a chance.

It’s also worth pointing out that at this time there has not been confirmation that Marvel’s “What If…” is getting a second season. Again, if this is accurate, then we can expect a second season of the animated series.

The next Marvel Cinematic Universe film or TV show to come in the current phase of the MCU is “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” which is set to be released in theaters May 6.

What are your thoughts on this potential line up? Do you think we’ll see the release of all four of these shows this upcoming summer? Let us know in the comments!
