In celebration of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration the company is giving away 50 visits to the international travel destination! The free trips are said to be going to true “magic makers” and the company is asking for your help to find them!
As we all know, this past year has been quite rough given the COVID-19 pandemic. However, even in these hard times there have been many special people in this world who have chosen to rise above the times and create magic for those around them and Disney needs your help looking for these special someones! Starting now through October 1, 2021, Disney is accepting nominations for this special giveaway celebration online at disneymagicmakers.com or via social media.
For submissions through social media, Disney asks you use the hashtag #DisneyMagicMakers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok.
Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks Experiences and Products, says this promotion is a way to give thanks to those who have offered inspiration to all over the past several months.
“All of us at Disney have been inspired by the countless acts of goodwill by people across the country throughout the pandemic,” he said: “These magic makers and their stories have changed us in ways we never imagined. That’s why we’re so proud to celebrate those who continue to make everyday magic a reality.”
According to the Disney Magic Makers website, “magic makers” are described as those who participate in “sincere acts between neighbors to massive acts of charity, kindness and generosity.” After nominations close in October, 50 people will be gifted a trip to Disney World and a year-long subscription to Disney+.
