Last week we told you about the new #ShareYourEars promotion Disney Parks has created to help raise funds for Make-A-Wish. In case you missed it, for every photo shared in a public forum by Disney fans n their mouse ears, Disney Parks will donate $5 per photo to Make-A-Wish up to $1 million. We here at TMSM love this promotion so much we created a special post on our Facebook page to give readers with secure privacy settings a way to share their photos so that they count!
Today it was announced that a new Limited Edition “Share your Ears” ear hat is now available for sale at select Disneyland locations. The new ears can be purchased for $19.95 a piece at the Disney Showcase and Emporium in Disneyland, Elias & Co. at Disney California Adventure, and the World of Disney Store in Disneyland’s Downtown Disney location.
The new ears feature Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy and of course the center piece of Disneyland, Sleeping Beauty Castle. These limited release ears are not only adorable, they are another way for Disney to help Make-A-Wish!! Disney is donating the ENTIRE amount made for each set of “Share your Ears” (minus tax) to Make-A-Wish. Purchasing limits will be applied to the new ears, no discounts can be applied to them, and currently they are only available at Disneyland, and are not available for sale through the Park’s Merchandise line or Disney Store Online, but if this changes we will update you.
