Today In Disney History ~ January 13th
Johnny and the Sprites aired on weekends as a part of the “Playhouse Disney” lineup. The show originally started as five 5-minute-long episodes in 2005, but was so popular Disney ordered thirteen half-hour shows for 2007, the show ended after 26 episodes on January 4, 2009.
The show is about Johnny, a song writer, who moves into the house of his great-uncle. While living there he meets the magical Sprites
