It’s Thursday, and that means it’s time for our weekly Random Acts of Disney Kindness blog! This weeks blog is about Cast Members and another way they make our Disney visits special… especially on our Birthday! Have you ever spent your special day at a Disney Park? If not, I highly recommend it!
Birthday’s are special at Disney for a lot of reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is because of how the Cast Members make you feel. Once you put on your Birthday button, that you can get from a friendly Cast Member, your day turns instantly magical! No matter where you go, or what you’re doing, you will hear a Cast Member say “Happy Birthday” to you! It’s pretty nice! When it was my birthday, I not only got a lot of Birthday wishes, but I also got a special cupcake at one of our meals. The Cast Members are so sweet, it’s great! If you’re celebrating your Birthday at a Disney Water Park, no worries, instead of a button, you get a Disney Birthday tattoo! My younger son got one on his birthday and was thrilled! No matter what park you are at, the Cast Members make you feel like a princess or prince for a day, it’s magical!
So, today is my older son’s birthday. I’m not sure if we will be able to hit a Disney Park today or not, but if we do this weekend, I’m going to be sure to get him a Birthday button! The Cast Members really do a great job in making guests feel extra special on their special day, and we thank them for that! Until next week, do something kind for someone, or make someone smile!
