The Resort was recently one of the recipients of the 2014 Richardson Spirit Award, which is awarded to companies that demonstrate “comprehensive commitment to strengthening the community.” This award, presented by the United Way of Indian River County, was given to the Resort for their “overall philanthropic excellence for a company of more than 50 employees.”
In 2014, resort Cast Members gave back more than 1,000 service hours to the local community through Disney VoluntEARS projects supporting the local arts, compassion programs, education, and wildlife conservation.
