Today, on the Disney Parks blog they announced that Adventures by Disney is giving away a trip to Norway, the land that inspired the blockbuster hit movie Frozen.
Disney’s team at Adventures by Disney wants to let you know of a current sweepstakes opportunity that could potentially send you on the adventure of a lifetime to explore Norway. With the Frozen Adventure Sweepstakes, the lucky winner and a guest will receive a first-hand experience of the locations that served as inspiration for the filmmakers of Frozen, the winner for Best Animated Feature Film at the 86th Annual Academy Awards.
The eight-day, seven-night journey begins in the storybook village of Bergen – the real-life inspiration for the kingdom of Arendelle – and will continue through Flåm, Geiranger and Norway’s capital, Oslo. As the Guests travel across these stunning lands, there will be various activities waiting to be discovered.
On this itinerary, guests will get an up-close look at the historic stave churches that influenced the architecture of the film, embark on an aquatic odyssey to explore the breathtaking fjords of Norway, partake in the rich history of the country by learning Norwegian folk dancing, and participate in many more fun and cultural activities.
