I’ve got a jam-packed Best Bites for you guys this month with new dishes and more at both the Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts! If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal on your next visit to a Disney park, then you’ve come to the right place. Each of these new offerings are delectably delicious and I’ve got all the juicy details for you right here, so let’s get started!

A Very Merry Unbirthday Tea Party at the Disneyland Hotel

The first thing on the menu is A Very Merry Unbirthday Tea Party coming to the Disneyland Hotel on May 31. Gather ‘round to celebrate YOU with themed treats, sweets, and a positively MAD tea party! Guests of all ages are invited to indulge in a midday tea with an array of classics that pay homage to Disney’s animated classic, “Alice in Wonderland.” Feast on fresh salad, assorted scones, sandwiches, desserts, and hand-selected teas inspired by some of the film’s most popular characters. This exciting afternoon tea experience will take place at Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel on select days throughout the summer and until the start of fall! Spaghetti Burger from the Sand Bar Lounge at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel

Right next door to the Disneyland Hotel over at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, the Sand Bar Lounge has a few new items coming to the menu this summer, including a spaghetti burger and dessert nachos! Let’s start with that yummy spaghetti burger, shall we? This unique dish features a beef patty with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomato spread, and arugula sandwiched between two buns made out of fried spaghetti.  You’ll find it on the Big Bites section of the menu along with an Arugula Salad topped with a soft-poached egg and a Double B-L-T-A with crispy bacon, braised pork belly, butter lettuce, balsamic tomatoes, and creamy avocado on focaccia.

The menu will also feature artisan pizzas as well as a variety of smaller dishes including a selection of tacos (including duck confit with caramelized onions, pork with pineapple salsa, or grilled shrimp with Sriracha aïoli), seafood ceviche, chicken drum sticks, chili-lime yuca fries, and even sliders. The PBJ Burger Slider is sure to be a favorite with a plant-based patty, peanut butter, and blackberry jam served on a toasted potato bun – how fun is that?

And for dessert? You’ll definitely want to chow down on the Confetti Dessert Nachos! This sweet crunchy dish comes topped with vanilla whipped cream, diced strawberries, chocolate drizzle, and sprinkles. Or if you’re looking to get your churro-fix, you can order a Churro Sundae with vanilla ice cream, wild berries, and whipped cream.

New Sandwiches at Smokejumpers Grill at Disney California Adventure Park

Moving on to Disney California Adventure Park, Smokejumpers Grill has added a couple new entrées to their menu. The first is a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with mouth-watering herb-marinated chicken breast, jack cheese, and sundried tomato sauce. You can also try the new Veggie Burger, featuring a grilled plant-based patty on a toasted bun.

New Mediterranean Dishes from Paradise Garden Grill at Disney California Adventure Park

On the other side of the park, Paradise Garden Grill is serving up a new Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring a savory selection of skewers and dishes. Skewers come with your choice of grilled steak, vegetable and tofu, spicy beef and lamb meatball, and lemon oregano chicken served with rice pilaf, cucumber salad, and pita bread. Sauce options include Spicy Chili Sauce, Medium Chimichurri, and Mild Tzatziki.

You can also try the Beef Gyro Platter or even the Greek Salad with fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, pepperoncini, olives, garbanzo beans, feta, and lemon-oregano dressing. And for dessert? Try the delectable Baklava, a phyllo pastry stuffed with chopped walnuts and dipped in orange flower-flavored syrup.

Street-Level Outdoor Patio at Carthay Circle Lounge at Disney California Adventure Park

While you’re still at Disney California Adventure park, if you’re looking for a place to sit back and relax, then you can mosey on over the new street-level outdoor patio at Carthay Circle Lounge. Enjoy appetizers and classic beverages while you enjoy the sights and sounds of Buena Vista Street and Hollywood Boulevard.

New Dishes from Storybook Dining at Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Over on the East Coast at the Walt Disney World Resort, we’ve got a few new dishes at Storybook Dining at Artist Point at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. On the appetizer menu, the Hunter’s Terrine comes with chicken, black truffle, and a sweet stone fruit preserve. There’s also Bashful’s Butter-poached Kingklip with farro, fava beans, English peas, and gremolata featured on the entrée menu.

Kids Dishes from Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park

Across the lagoon at Magic Kingdom Park, Be Our Guest Restaurant is now serving up serval new breakfast and lunch items. For breakfast, kids can now chow down on Chocolate-Hazelnut Crepes with fresh berry compote and whipped cream or a Mickey-shaped Egg and Cheese dish served with Applewood-smoked bacon and fresh fruit. And on the kid’s lunch menu is the new Feast a’ la Beast with braised red wine chicken, bacon, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and sautéed green beans.

Lunch Entrées from Be Our Guest Restaurant at Magic Kingdom Park

For the adults, the lunch menu features a variety of new items including a Sweet Corn Bisque, Coque au Vin (a larger portion of the kid’s Feast a’ la Beast), and Cannellini Bean Cassoulet featuring slow-cooked onions, red peppers, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, and thyme with white cannellini beans and toasted crostini served with a mixed spring salad.

There is also an array of new salads on the menu, including a Citrus Poached Shrimp Salad, a Grilled Chicken Salad, and a Tuna Nicoise Salad. The Citrus Poached Shrimp Salad comes topped with sliced gold beets, julienne roasted red peppers, haricot verts, pickled shallots, grape tomatoes, and carrots. The Tuna Nicoise Salad comes topped with seared ahi tuna, julienne roasted red peppers, haricot verts, grape tomatoes, roasted fingerling potatoes, kalamata olives, and a poached egg. All three salads are also served with a red wine vinaigrette.

So there you have it – there are so many mouthwatering new dishes on both coasts, you’ll just have to try them all!
