As most of you know, on Friday Epcot kicked off their second annual International Festival of the Arts. In addition to extras around the park plus fun merchandise, there are also new food choices to try. One of the booths that’s a favorite of ours is The Deconstructed Dish. At the media preview, Scott and I got to try two “deconstructed” treats and I wanted to share the scoop with you!
First up, Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake!
Deconstructed Strawberry Cheesecake ~ Whipped New York Style Cheesecake with fresh Florida strawberries, sugar cookies and micro-basil. Deconstructed Breakfast!
As you can see from the photo description above, the Deconstructed Breakfast is very unique! Bacon fans are in for a treat with this one, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever tasted!
