More and more, we are seeing questions from guests with special diets wondering where they can eat in and around the parks. Disney is really good about accommodating special diets, including allergies, so this week, we are going to focus on one category of special diets. Vegetarian. We went through and picked our top five quick service and top five table service vegetarian meal options served at WDW restaurants. Check out our favorites!

Quick Service
1. Watermelon Salad, Flame Tree Barbecue, Disney’s Animal Kingdom
A light and refreshing meal, this watermelon salad is topped with feta, arugula, pickled red onion and white balsamic vinaigrette


2. Caprese Sandwich, Backlot Express, Hollywood Studios
Ciabatta bread topped with marinated fresh Mozzarella, vine-ripe tomatoes, herb-cheese pesto, and arugula served with carrot sticks for fries

3. Veggie Naan-wich, Electric Umbrella, Epcot
Naan Bread filled with broccoli slaw and edamame that is drizzled with tofu wasabi dressing and served with fries

4. Fried Green Tomato Sandwich, Rosie’s All-American Café, Hollywood Studios
Fried green tomatoes, arugula, pepper jack cheese, and jalapeno ranch dressing on ciabatta bread served with coleslaw or fries

5. Falafel Burger, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, Magic Kingdom
Falafel vegetarian burger served with tzatziki sauce on a brioche bun served with fries

1. Layered Ratatouille, Be Our Guest, Magic Kingdom
Oven-baked Zucchini, Eggplant, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Caramelized Onions sliced and layered on Quinoa served with a Bell Pepper Sauce

2. Vegetarian Pho, The Hollywood Brown Derby, Hollywood Studios
Ginger-lemongrass broth, mushroom, and tofu spring rolls served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce

3. Buckwheat Agnolotti, Artist Point, Wilderness Lodge Resort
Petite eggplant, English peas, whey vinaigrette, ramps, mustard greens

4. Veggie Burger, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, Beach Club Resort
House-made veggie patty with herb mayo on a multigrain bun served with fries or fresh fruit

5. Spinach-Ricotta Ravioli, Grand Floridian Café, Grand Floridian Resort
Tuscan kale, seared alba mushrooms, shaved parmesan cheese, herb pesto-yogurt sauce, and warmed tomato vinaigrette
