Today we’re celebrating all-things “Disney Dogs,” and in honor of the upcoming release of Disney•Pixar’s “Coco,” we have a special look at the next Disney pup you’re likely to fall in love with – Dante.

This video, which was shared with us from our friends at Pixar and The Walt Disney Studios, follows a real-life xolo (aka a Mexican hairless dog) as he explores Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, California, where he made friends, had lunch, “played catch” with the studio’s signature Luxo Ball, and even met “Coco” Director Lee Unkrich.

In the film “Coco,” Dante serves as the four-legged sidekick to Miguel (Anthony Gonzalez), a young boy who dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel and Dante find themselves in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, Miguel meets charming Hector (Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

Disney•Pixar’s “Coco” opens November 22.
