Work together with your little ones to make this Monsters Inc.-inspired lunch. Grab some wholesome sides and build food art that will have the whole family screaming with delight.

What You’ll Need
  • 2 Uncrustables® Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter & Grape Spread Sandwiches
  • 1 package of salami
  • 3 black olives
  • 3 bell pepper slices
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 4 snap pea pods
  • 2 tablespoons of guacamole
  • Kitchen scissors and knife
  • Small plastic sandwich bag and bag tie (optional)

How To Make It

  1. Take Uncrustables® Sandwiches out of the freezer and set it aside to thaw for 30-60 minutes. Set on a lunch plate.
  2. Place salami slices into the shape of Sulley’s head.
  3. Place Uncrustables® Sandwich on top of salami for Sulley’s snout.
  4. Cut salami to form Sulley’s mouth. Set on top of Uncrustables® Sandwich.
  5. Place one snap pea pod on Uncrustables® Sandwich to form Mike’s mouth.
  6. Cut out Mike and Sulley’s teeth from cheese slices. Place on each mouth.
  7. Cut out Sulley’s eyes from cheese slice and place on salami. Slice cucumber for Mike’s eye.
  8. Cut out a snap pea pod to create a circle to form Mike’s eye.
  9. Slice olives to form Mike and Sulley’s pupils.
  10. Place bell pepper slices above Sulley’s eyes as eyebrows. Use a smaller slice for his nose.
  11. Cut and layer slices of cheese to create Mike and Sulley’s horns.
  12. For the finishing touch, cut half circles out of snap pea pod to create the “B” of Boo! Place two cucumber slices as the “O”s. Create the exclamation point with the remaining snap peas.
  13. Ah! You did it! Dip veggies into guacamole and enjoy!
