Tom Hiddleston has become such a Disney fan favorite. Even though he plays the mischievous and villain in the Marvel Universe, as Thor’s brother Loki, the fans love him.
The insanely and infinitely talented Tom Hiddleston is taking on a new role in The Pirate Fairy as James Hook. You probably recognize the Hook, as in Captain Hook. Yes Tom is playing the younger version of one of Disney’s greatest villains, Captain Hook from Peter Pan.
The Pirate Fairy, Disney’s newest animated adventure is a Hook origin story of sorts, and will introduce us to misunderstood dust-keeper fairy Zarina (voiced by Christina Hendricks). After she steals the all-powerful Blue Pixie Dust from Pixie Hollow, Hook will pretend to make her the captain of his ship. The Pirate Fairy will be out on Blu-ray and DVD on April 1st. But we won’t have to wait till April 1 to hear Tom as Hook. Disney has released a behind the scenes video showing Tom singing as Hook for the film. ENJOY!!!
