It’s nearing that time of year, where Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach close so that they can get some work done! From what we have been told by Disney insiders, here’s the scoop on the closures:
Typhoon Lagoon refurbishment is set for Sunday, October 27 through Saturday, December 21. Blizzard Beach then goes down for their refurbishment from Sunday, December 22 through Saturday, March 15, 2014. During this time, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, right next to Blizzard Beach, will remain open. Guests needing transportation to that location will still find it available at Animal Kingdom.
